We had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze with a comprehensive rundown of the plentiful amenities available (including a partnership with a nearby gym), the room was spotless, newly renovated, and extremely comfortable. All staff were very personable, friendly and helpful. The in-room coffee setup was great - the self-serve machine dispensed what looked like a $9 hand-crafted cup. Will definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of so many great restaurants and shopping. A special shoutout to Rudy, the doorman, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Update: Lowering to 3 stars because I see a pattern of unclean rooms in the comments, making it clear that my experience was not a one-off. Seriously, please either hire more staff or train them better, or BOTH. I really hate writing negative reviews, but I suppose this is just leaning negative. The hotel is in a good location, the staff were friendly enough, and the rooms were overall comfortable. Here is where the hotel can improve - The shower was not clean enough. It felt slippery, not in a clean way but like being in a public beach shower. There was some mold, and some of it did seem set in but some of it did come off when I ran a cloth over it. I've attached a photo for reference. I shouldn't feel like I need to wear shower shoes for $350 per night. Overall, hotel staff were great. One complaint is that my spouse and I were not asked if we wanted help with our carry on bags - not a problem except a better dressed woman with the same luggage size was asked shortly after we were not. With all of this said, the hotel can fix these issues with relative ease, and I hope they do because it is a nice hotel in a great location.

We were very impressed with AKA, beginning and ending with the doormen — not only to valet the car, but carrying our bags up the entrance steps, and as we were leaving, they let us stay comfortably in the lobby until they came in and told the car was at the door. All other staff also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant (a full and varied menu) and really appreciated having this in house. And our room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. We originally chose to stay here as it is just a 2-minute walk to Mistral restaurant, but we came away very pleased with the hotel itself.
